The success of each LEH woman should be an inspiration to another. Raising each other up and channelling the power of collaboration is how we’ll change the equation and challenge the 'old boys' club'.
We encourage all our brilliant alumnae to volunteer to share their career expertise or university experience with our current Sixth Form pupils and former students by signing up to act as mentors.
Between them, our past pupils represent an incredible range of industries, roles and real-world knowledge, alongside a shared experience of School, sisterhood and community. Each of them is committed to raising up the next generation of bold alumnae.

If you are already an alumnae, your mentoring request could be for an email exchange, phone chat or coffee and could relate to university choice, work experience, career change, relocation, setting up a business or returning to work after mat leave.
