Alumnae News |
The mentoring programme, which can be found on our alumnae platform Holles Connect, allows you to make the most of your LEH network by connecting alumnae who are seeking careers guidance with the perfect mentor willing to share their experience and wisdom.
We are inviting both would-be mentors and mentees to sign up to create a really vibrant and diverse database of different industries, roles, skills and know-how to benefit pupils and alumnae. You can do so by clicking here: https://www.hollesconnect.org.uk/careers.
Those who have benefited from this nurturing relationship already, report how inspiring and beneficial it’s been to gain guidance and insight from those who have gone before them, while the mentors who have helped them say it has been gratifying to give back and refreshing to see the commitment and interest of younger members of the community.
As part of our mission to raise up the next generation of bold alumnae, we are planning to hold a mentoring workshop and networking event in March. Training sessions, led by alumnae working as life and career coaches, would set out how to make the most of the mentoring relationship, whether you are looking for a guide, or want to offer your experience.
If you would like to attend, please email us at alumnae@lehs.org.uk so we can gauge the level of interest to help decide location and date. This workshop will only go ahead if we get sufficient numbers, so please do get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you.
