Wellbeing Wednesday Lecture Series

In this month's webinar, neuroscientist Inder Singh Virdi shares his story about struggling with undiagnosed ADHD and dyslexia, and discusses some techniques to help support these condiitons.

This talk takes place on-line on 19th June at 7pm. Inder Singh Virdi asks, with anxiety, depression, ADHD and dyslexia at an all-time high, how can we help manage and mitigate these issues?

Topics will include: 

  • Why mental health and learning difficulties may not be what they seem.
  • The unmentioned links between your physiology and psychology.
  • The wide-reaching effects of environmental pollution on mental health and performance.
  • The role of technology in mental health and learning difficulties.
  • The five key nutrients implicated in supporitng resilence and performance.
