Being Bold in the Cold

If you're feeling chilly this week, spare a thought for Olivia Boissevain, Class of 1973, who braved the icy waters to celebrate the winter solstice with her hundredth sea swim just before Christmas.

Olivia is a regular wild water swimmer at Studland Beach and the costal waters of Devon. A typical LEH alumna, she is made of stern stuff and says: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!”

Olivia, we salute you! Hope Favours the Bold. We'd love to hear from you too if you have any stories about your feats of daring do.
